Terrell Owens was just told his NFL career is in the toilet, with little prospect for a turnaround -- and he got the word from a judge handling his paternity cases according to TMZ.com. T.O. was in L.A. County Superior Court this AM, asking Judge Marc Marmaro to reduce his child support payments in 2 of his 4 ongoing paternity cases, because he's just not pulling in the bucks. T.O.'s lawyer made it clear -- his client is a man without a team and therefore a man without a paycheck. The judge went one step further, telling T.O. his prospects for a comeback are bleak. Judge Marmaro said, "His NFL career seems to be over. I mean no disrespect." T.O. nodded his head in acknowledgment. As for reducing his child support, the judge wants to think about it before making a decision. Source: The Redzone
Can someone tell me how these millionaires keep blowing every cent they have to the point of having to beg to pay less in order to live?
Most of them don't know how to manage money. They come out of college get big fat contracts and go nuts spending. Then they develop lavish lifestyles and buy things they want, not need. Plus they live only in the now and don't think about tomorrow. Just look at all the people who lost homes and cars from overspending before the recession hit.
Yea to a lot of these kids the contracts seem like so much money that it can't possibly run out. Its more money than they've ever even thought about. So they go spend it like it's endless when obviously it isn't.
Have you ever watched Cribs? That's why. They are goobered with their money and then want people to pity them. Screw em.
