Chris Mortensen of ESPN reports that the Indianapolis Colts will make a decision soon on retaining head coach Jim Caldwell. One source says that Caldwell is the favorite to keep the job in part because Colts owner Jim Irsay has hopes that quarterback Peyton Manning will return to full health and if so they would keep the system the same. Irsay is non-commital and that he and new GM Ryan Grigson are going through evaluations this weekend and the best head coach will be at the helm. Source: The Redzone
If Jim Caldwell goes, they should consider Brian Billick, although I think they may hire Marty Morhenweig or Brad Childress.

The one where Peyton Manning has to carry the team on his back all season, or the one that kills any chance of Manning ever winning another Super Bowl?!!!! :icon_evil:
