Ravens LB Terrell Suggs Named AFC Defensive Player Of The Year

    Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs has been named the AFC Defensive Player of the Year. The honor comes from the NFL 101 Awards which are voted on by media from around the country. The 42nd Annual NFL 101 Awards will salute Suggs and other players and coaches from around the NFL at their annual gala in Kansas City in early March. The black-tie awards event was found in 1969.

    i usually like to come up with an alternatives for discussion sake but it's hard to argue with this. I can't really even make a case for anyone else to win it. Suggs was a monster this year on one of the best defenses in the league.

    T-sizzle fo shizzle...had an gray year but he disappeared in the playoff game against the Texans.

    No he didnt, he played the run well and always set the edge on his side. He wasnt rushing the passer as much because it wasnt the gameplan, we wanted Yates throwing into coverage
