Tom Brady has the New England Patriots back in the Super Bowl. The Patriots beat the stunned Ravens 23-20 in the AFC championship game Sunday after Baltimore’s Billy Cundiff missed a 32-yard field goal attempt with 11 seconds remaining that would have tied the score. Brady scored the winning touchdown when he leaped over the vaunted Ravens defense in the fourth quarter. His 1-yard dive brought the Patriots (15-3) from behind, and the maligned New England defense made several key plays, including shutting down Ray Rice, the league’s total yardage leader. Brady has guided the Patriots to their fifth AFC championship in 11 seasons and now the team will chase their fourth Super Bowl trophy in Brady and coach Bill Belichick’s tenure in New England.

Fantastic game. Really entertaining all the way through. I was going crazy the whole time.

Major props to Vince Wilfork, Sterling Moore, and especially Billy Cundiff.

this is really impressive that they werre able to get back to tthe big game after being away for a few years. this makes 5 appearances in 11 years .......... almost an average of once every other year .................

and this isn't the buffalo bills of the 1990's with repeated appearances in a weak conference. The Pats are 3-1 in their SB appearnaces thus far and have many other playoff appearances thrown in there

Dammit, Cundiff! I could have probably SPIT THAT BALL 32 YARDS! The loss rides on you, man. Now, the Pats will probably win the Super Bowl, Gronk will probably be on the cover of Madden, and I'll probably be in jail, for getting in a fight at the Super Bowl party.

Once cheaters, always cheaters, I say. Then NFL shouldn't have let McDaniels rejoin the team at this point in the season. That, in itself, is borderline cheating

lmao. Please. There's no cheating on this team. McDaniels' role on this team was greatly exaggerated.

I agree the Cheating storyline is drawn out and overused, the Pats don't cheat, they are just a great organization.

the last 3 minutes took 10 years off my life.

Big Vince, Sterling Moore and Brandon Spikes are awesome.

  11. Not to split hairs, but its worth mentioning that New England hasn't beaten a team that finished with a winning record in the regular season.

The Giants own one such victory, against the Patriots.

I'm proud. lol. Regular season really doesn't mean anything. Just get in the playoffs and anything can happen. All these stats about who beat who in the regular season mean crap. But everyone's looking for any glimmer of hope they can.

There in the Super Bowl who cares who they beat
