Vann McElroy, Sanford Routt's Houston-based agent, said Friday morning outside of visits to Buffalo and Tennessee his client has no other visits scheduled according to Calvin Watkins of ESPNDallas.com. However, Minnesota, Kansas City and Dallas have reached out to him about Routt's services. Routt was released by the Raiders on Thursday.

I would love to take a flier on Routt. He's played well as a #2 CB, just got exposed as a #1

Give him a Scandrick level deal and draft your future #1

    Mike Jenkins
    Stanford Routt
    Orlando Scandrick
    Janoris Jenkins

Thats wouldnt be a bad CB crew and we can groom Janoris to be the eventual top dog

I hope the Cowboys don't sign him. I read somewhere last night that he allowed 8 TD passes and committed 17 penalties last year of the pass interference and holding variety. Sounds like T-New 2.0 to me.

    Don't do it, Jerry!

He had a YPA around 6 too, which is VERY good.

He's not a great player, but he is an improvment

There's a reason the Raiders let him go.

IMO I wopuld rather pay Routt 3 million per as opposed to pay a guy 8 to 9 that was about as good a CB as Alan Ball in 2010
