The Chiefs announced on Friday that they have signed free-agent DB Jacques Reeves. Reeves, a 5-11, 188-pound Purdue product, has six years of NFL experience. He spent his first four seasons with the Cowboys (2004-07) and played two seasons with the Texans (2008-09). He has not been in the league the past two years. For his career, he has played in 88 games with 35 starts, totaling 164 tackles (146 solo), six interceptions, 45 passes defensed, two forced fumbles and three fumble recoveries, he has 25 career special-teams tackles and has returned 13 kickoffs for 199 yards (15.3 avg.).
