Pro Football Weekly mentions that the Houston Texans could cut WR Jacoby Jones if they end up addressing the receiver position in the early rounds of this years draft. This is the first that we’ve heard regarding the idea, but Jones hasn’t been able to put up adequate production despite playing opposite to Andre Johnson in the last few years. A complementary receiver is a huge need for Houston but the Texans would have to find someone capable of taking over as their punt returner if they choose to cut Jones lose. Source: NFL Trade Rumors
I understand why we drafted him, he has a lot of potential but the dude is just a heck up. This wasn't his 1st time dropping a punt, he's known for doing that and dropping passes on the regular. Washington or any1 is welcome to him.
