University of Georgia tight end Orson Charles was arrested for driving under the influence early Friday morning, Georgia's student newspaper, The Red & Black, reports. Details are unclear, but Charles was arrested by the Athens-Clarke County Police and booked into the ACC Jail at 4:31 a.m. ET. Charles, 21, has the strength and athleticism to be regarded as the No. 1 tight end in this year's draft, but is unlikely to hear his name called in the first round. The 6-foot-2, 251-pound Charles put up 35 reps on the bench press at the 2012 Scouting Combine, but on the recommendation of his trainer, did not participate in the 40-yard dash, opting to wait for this week's pro day to run. On a windy day in Athens, Charles' times in the 40-yard dash did little to push him into the first round, running 4.9 against the wind and 4.7 with it. "Running against the wind was kind of discouraging," Charles said according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. "I heard a couple of my times and I feel like I can do a little better. If I had to take anything back, I’d like to take that 40back and prove that I am like a 4.5 or 4.6 guy." Source: Mac's Football Blog
