Former Carolina Panthers and USC wide receiver Dwayne Jarrett has been suspended for the first three games of next season by the NFL, according to a league source with knowledge of the situation. It's believed his suspension stems from off-field misconduct related to his two driving under the influence charges. A free agent, Jarrett is allowed to sign with any team and take part in the offseason, training camp and preseason games. However, his suspension begins after final cuts are made. He didn't play last season, last appearing in a game in 2010 with the Panthers when he played in three games with two receptions for 40 yards. Source: Scout.com
