The New Orleans Saints and quarterback Chase Daniel have agreed to terms on a one-year contract, Adam Caplan of The Sideline View reports. According to Caplan, the deal is worth $1 million and includes a $300,000 signing bonus. Undrafted out of Missouri in 2009, Daniel went to training camp with the Washington Redskins and joined the Saints' practice squad at the start of the regular season. Daniel bounced between the Saints' active roster and practice squad throughout the season and has been the team's No. 2 quarterback the last two seasons. In 29 games as a backup, Daniel has completed six of eight pass attempts for 45 yards. Source: Mac's Football Blog
