On the eve of the start of free agency, the biggest bonanza going keeps getting bigger. Mike Klis of the Denver Post reports that the Houston Texans are among the teams who have contacted Manning to voice their interest in him. The Tennessee Titans jumped into the mix on Monday, a day after owner Bud Adams publicly decreed that they do so. Meanwhile, the Denver Broncos, considered the Mitt Romney-like frontrunner in many weekend reports, are in early talks with Manning's agent, Tom Condon, according to the story. If the Texans are truly interested, they might provide some stiff late competition to land Manning, who is familiar with them having faced them twice a year during his time in the AFC South with the Indianapolis Colts.
