Free Agent WR Vincent Jackson Signs With Tampa Bay Buccaneers

    Jeff Duncan, New Orleans Saints beat columnist for The Times-Picayune is reporting that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have signed free agent receiver Vincent Jackson. Recent reports have linked the two sides together and now it is official. The Bucs have about $43 million in salary-cap space this off-season and they said that they wanted to make a splash. They did just that by signing the best free agent wide receiver.
