Source Says Peyton Manning Still Considering Broncos, 49ers, Titans

One NFL source close to the situation said that as of Saturday night, Peyton Manning had not separated the three teams — Broncos, San Francisco 49ers and Tennessee Titans — vying to sign him. While that may not necessarily be encouraging news for the Broncos, it beats speculation that they had fallen behind. Could it be possible that Manning has already come to terms with the Niners and San Fran has told Smith to go find a gig elsewhere?

 

I want to see him go to San Fran.

And then get knocked out for the season.

 

I know it won't happen but it'd be damn funny if he was like "You know what, My neck isn't the best. Maybe I'll just retire." But I think tomorrow it'll announce he's going to be a 49er and make those mother heckers damn dangerous.

 

I would love to see him go to Denver. Then let Tebow sit behind him for a few years to learn a few things. But I love Tebow right now. Im a huge fan of his but I think he could learn alot by sitting a few years behind him

 

Denver is out, its between the 49ers and Titans... We'll see where his heart truly is; does he want to win another championship or get revenge on the Colts twice each year...

 

i think its exciting how everyone thinks hes just gonna step on the field and be peyton manning again. it took him forever to recover 100% from a drained knee, im sure neck surgery and having less strength in his arm isnt gonna be easy.

to me there is nothing to indicate that 2012 manning will be better than 2012 alex smith, but im certain who will cost more
