Manning worked out with center J.D. Walton, throwing passes to wide receiver Eric Decker and tight end Julius Thomas at Valor Christian High School in Highlands Ranch on Monday. "He looked real good, though he probably won't admit that he's feeling good or feeling back to the way he wants to be," Decker told The Denver Post. Decker said the throwing session was about getting comfortable with new teammates. Manning said last week he's still a long way from 100% following multiple offseason neck surgeries. "Just some drill work, talking through stuff, so he gets familiar with the verbage and the calls," Decker said. "The biggest thing is he wanted to get a feel for us, and a feel for being under center." Manning said when he was introduced last week that he would need to brush up on the workout rules under the new CBA. He's allowed to organize workouts outside of the team's facility until April 16.
