I think he is the second best CB prospect (after Petterson) since Pacman and Newman

Just think, last year LSU had Petterson, Claiborn and Honey Badger on there depth chart

Raw as a CB or not, Honey Badger is the guy I would be all over if he could be in this draft. I dont think he is quite as talented as Claiborn and definatly not Petterson, but the dude is a freaking warrior

    K Train Do You Honeycutt?

hes also a smurf. i like him but the top 10 hype isnt realistic...for claiborne and peterson its totally legit

Newman and PacMan were both under 6 ft too and both went 5th and 6th. As prospects I would put Claiborne in their tier

He is a much better overall prospect then Haden, who went 7th

  8. True but Honeybadger is like 5'8

Ohhhhhhhh ok. I thought he was taking about Claiborne. Missread his post.

Mathieu wont be top 10, no way. I think he is a solid top 25 however. I believe he is 5'9 and Ive heard scouts say he can play at 200 with is body type

At 5'9 that seems a bit bulky for a CB to me however

haha. it's being reported that claiborne got a 4 on his wonderlic ............

LSU really puts out some smart kids ............

will claiborne be able to grasp the more complex nfl coverage schemes? jesus christ, a 4 ? can the guy even read?

  11. not sure I believe the report. Could easily be spread by a team later on in the 1st rd.

In addition, if his score is this low it's pretty obvious he didn't even try. I think 8 means you're able to read.

Both of those crossed my mind before even considering that this could hurt him much..

how do we know if he can/can't read?

  14. by all indications he is quite smart, he has never had any problems in school, etc. He sounds quite intelligent as well. I think this is just a matter of a guy having a problem but still being intelligent.

I got all the question right so that must mean I'll make a great NFL prospect. Time to hire an agent and declare myself for the draft!

if he gets injured I am sure he will still leave with a nice check. I doubt he put much into it.

Yeah but guys blow through paychecks pretty quickly after they retire, a check for a year isn't going to mean much. But if he did well in school and this was just a fluke I don't think it matters thus why I edited my post.
