Fan Spends $100,000 For Day With Jets QB Tim Tebow

    The Jets’ backup quarterback Tim Tebow confirmed yesterday a husband and wife made a $100,000 bid Friday night to spend a day with the quarterback at the live auction before his golf tournament benefiting the Tim Tebow Foundation according to Bart Hubbuch of the New York Post. Officials from Tebow’s charity refused to identify the husband and wife except to say they had donated to Tebow before and they plan to have underprivileged children from their area share in the outing. “It’s very humbling,â€￾ Tebow said yesterday after his one-day tournament at the famed TPC Sawgrass Stadium Course.
