Warren Sapp is down on his luck when it comes to his personal finances and he has some concern Jeremy Shockey could introduce him to new depths. According to TMZ.com, Sapp has informed the judge in his bankruptcy case that Jeremy Shockey might sue him for defamation. Sapp, of course, recklessly accused Shockey of being the “snitch†in the bounty scandal that has rocked the New Orleans Saints. He did so on his personal Twitter account and also on the air for the NFL Network. Shockey has asked for a retraction and apology and reportedly has considered legal action. If he were to take action against Sapp, he’d have to get in line if he wins, there is a long list of creditors. Source: National Football Post
