Bears Sign OG Chilo Rachal To A One-Year Contract

    The Chicago Bears signed guard Chilo Rachal to a one-year contract Monday. A second-round draft choice by San Francisco in the 2008 Draft, Rachal appeared in 55 games with 38 starts for the 49ers over the last four seasons.
