The Bills announced Monday that OGs Kraig Urbik and Chad Rinehart signed their restricted free-agent tenders. Urbik started 13 games for the Bills in 2011, including five at center. The Steelers drafted him in the third round in 2009. Rinehart, the team's top reserve O-lineman, made 12 starts last season and appeared in all 16 games. The REdskins drafted him in the third round in 2008 and he joined the Bills' 53-man roster in December, 2010.
