With the 58th overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft, the Buccaneers select Lavonte David, OLB (Nebraska). David is a terrific football player with a complete game, but has size limitations. He possesses all the attributes and intangibles coaches want in a starting linebacker yet is a scheme specific player. David will be very effective in a one gap system and will also be an asset on special teams. Tough, instinctive linebacker who makes plays sideline to sideline. Remains disciplined with assignments, displays good awareness on the field and consistently puts himself in a position to make plays on the ball.

Absolutely love this trade up and pick. Schiano might actually know WTF he's doing at this level.
