Rumored signings for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are: S Tramain Thomas, Arkansas, G Desmond Wynn, Rutgers, DE Morkeith Brown, Temple, WR Tyler Shoemaker, Boise State and T Bradley Sowell, Mississippi.
