The Houston Texans have agreed to terms with 21 undrafted free agents, John McClain of the Houston Chronicle reports. Eight of the 21 signings were Combine invitees, including University of Houston quarterback Case Keenum, running back Davin Meggett, wide receivers Jerrell Jackson and Dwight Jones, defensive tackle Loni Fangupo, linebackers Shawn Loiseau and Rennie Moore and safety Eddie Pleasant.
