The New England Patriots have released wideout Tiquan Underwood, according to a source with knowledge of the situation. Underwood became a sympathetic figure when the Patriots released him the night before the Super Bowl XLVI. He later re-signed, but a crowded receiving corps made him expendable.

It probably still would, they have
    Wes Welker
    Brandon Lloyd
    Deion Branch
    Jabar Gaffney
    Chad Ocho Cinci
    Donte Stallworth
    Anthony Gonzalez
Julian Edelmen (plays both ways for Belichick, automatic roster spot)

  6. all those vets are not making the team.

It will likely come down too:

Gaffney VS. Ocho Cinco VS. Stallworth VS. Gonzalez
