The New York Jets have signed undrafted rookie quarterback Matt Simms, the son of former New York Giants Super Bowl winning quarterback Phil Simms. Matt Simms went undrafted out of the University of Tennessee and was signed by the Jets following a successful tryout at their rookie minicamp. "I just want to keep playing football," Matt Simms told New York reporters. "It's as simple as that. I just want to keep playing the game that I've been playing since I was a child."
