Triple H inserted himself into the Brock angle, so they had to find something for Cena to do and tah-dah! Another face vs authority figure angle.

I all honesty, I can't really figure out where they are heading with Laurinaitis, the "Sheamus" feud tease, "Firing" Big Show, beef with Cena, Lord Tensai & Sakamoto being his henchmen only to vanish this week, it like creative constantly are tripping over their own feet. Had they stayed with him being ambiguous and hidden over his intentions it may have had some kind of legs, but generic evil boss #325 just doesn't cut it.

Not too mention there is absolutely no suspension of belief when Cena freaking no sells every thing ranging from a 30 minute beatdown from a former UFC Heavyweight Champion to a deep personal feud. He just grins, does his "funny" act and emulates superman. It may not be the 90's where tits, butt and swearing is demanded, but it's not the 80's either, and to be frank it's insulting to the intellect of the audience, even if it's not the most high brow.

Oh, and this weeks Raw stunk.

They didn't even wrap up the feud between him and CM Punk.

They're just throwing stuff on the wall in hopes that something will stick.
