Receiver Dez Bryant was back to fielding punts again Wednesday under the Cowboys Stadium roof during the second week of organized team activities according to Brandon George of the Dallas Morning News. The Cowboys went back and forth last year on whether they wanted Bryant returning punts after he suffered a deep thigh bruise on a punt return in the Cowboys' season opener at the Jets. The injury forced Bryant to miss the Week 2 game at San Francisco. Considering the Cowboys' lack of proven depth at receiver now, with the off-season loss of Laurent Robinson to Jacksonville, having Bryant returning punts come September seems to make less sense. However, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones doesn't see it that way. "I have no issue with us making business decisions relative to him returning punts," Jones said. "What I do want him to do is to get enough repetitions so he can have a sense of fielding them and when to field them and when not to field them and make those kinds of judgments, but I like him back there to use him when we've got a long field or a chance for a return."
