A week ago, the Boston Celtics were too old.Three games later, they're one win away from the NBA Finals. And Miami -- the team that was constructed with hopes of supplanting Boston as the power in the Eastern Conference -- is suddenly in big trouble.Kevin Garnett finished with 26 points and 11 rebounds, Paul Pierce scored 19 -- including a huge 3-pointer over LeBron James' outstretched arm with 52.9 seconds left -- and the Celtics beat the Heat 94-90 on Tuesday night, taking a 3-2 lead in the East finals that now shift to Boston for Game 6 on Thursday night.

I'd like to be a fly on the wall in the Heat locker room right about now.

I also can hear Stephen A. Smith say "You've got to give LeBron the ball!"

I want Spoelstra gone, getting a guy who can get his players motivated and has each man's respect will put the heat over the hump.

youd have to get Riley out of the shadows

    ^^This^^

I'm still surprised Riley has allowed this to continue. They've gotten this far on Wade/James's drive & now need that coach to draw them together like you said.

Smacks of yesteryear where a young emotional Doug Collins got the Bulls to the conference finals but the Bulls needed Phil Jackson to get MJ's attention/cooperation.

Spoelstra was just a stepping stone that should already be gone.

Heat don't come back from this hole & the Heat Brass can take the butt whippin's as far as I'm concerned...

I'm not sure there is a coach out there that could preform with Riley watching from the shadows. But how do you make an icon go away

Win. Simple as that. As for Spoelstra, how can a team get behind a guy who hasn't won or even made it to the pros, not even as a bench player.

Agreed. Not a lot to choose from as it is but definitely not under this setting.

Shame is that IMO, the game has passed Riley's style by, so even him taking over wouldn't work. Wade I think would be fine but James has had his butt kissed too often for his immaturity not to rise up somewhere.

Get Riley out and hire Phil Jackson as HC.
