The Houston Texans have signed veteran fullback Moran Norris, according to a league source. Norris, 33, is a former San Francisco 49ers starter. This is his second stint with the Texans where he played from 2002 to 2005 and started 18 games during that span. Norris is a 6-foot-1, 250-pounder from the University of Kansas who has also played for the New Orleans Saints and the Detroit Lions. Source: Scout.com
Huh? Did his contract run out or was he cut? I didnt know SF let him go. Not surpirsing though. Miller is doing a great job making the change from college DE to NFL FB. I suppose Norris has played his last down for SF. Thank you Moran, I'll always remember the year frank gore put up 1600+ yards.
