Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant has all of the skills to be a No. 1 wide receiver but hasn't produced. Miles Austin has produced like a No. 1 receiver but was hobbled last year with hamstring issues. But according to Cowboys Vice-President Stephen Jones, it's clear who should be the team's top receiver. "I think (Bryant) needs to be a No. 1 receiver," Jones told KESN-FM in Dallas this week via Dallascowboys.com. "Not to take anything away from Miles, but I would submit to you that when we line up out there that the guy that they're most worried about is Dez. "And he's got to be that guy, and even when they do try to stop him, the great ones still make a lot of plays. Tony (Romo) has got to be able to count on him, he's got to run the right routes at the right depths and be a precise route runner. Those are things he's got to improve on." Source: NFL.com
He did pretty well. He didnt play like TO circa 2007, but 920 yards and 9 TDs while missing a game and parts of others isnt too bad for a second year WR
If he conditions himself he should be able to do that, but that requires him to be more mature and give 1000000%.
