According to Rich Cimini of ESPN New York, Jets QB Mark Sanchez hasn’t had “an efficient minicamp.†Cimini adds that the Jets remain committed to Sanchez as their quarterback, but points out that â€there were times when he didn’t seem comfortable throwing the football.†Sanchez was 11-for-29, with four sacks and three near-interceptions during this weeks workouts. The addition of Tim Tebow will apply pressure to Sanchez no matter what the Jets say or how they use Tebow this season. Learning a new system is certainly difficult, but unfortunately for him, that’s the task at hand. Source: NFL Trade Rumors
Sanchez isn't helping his cause. Maybe he just doesn't have what it takes. Either way the Jets are screwed if Sanchez doesn't perform.
