Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco believes he should be considered among the NFL's best passers, NFL analyst Ron Jaworski agrees. In Jaworski's countdown for ESPN ranking the league's top quarterbacks going into the 2012 season, he has Flacco at No. 9, thanks to his standout "No. 1 attribute." "He has the strongest arm in the NFL," Jaworski said. "Flacco gives you the ability to attack all areas of the field at any point in the game." When looking at quarterbacks Jaworski ranked behind him, Flacco isn't as flashy as either Michael Vick or Cam Newton, he hasn't been statistically efficient like Tony Romo and Matthew Stafford and his fellow 2008 first-round pick, Matt Ryan, has also been perceived as a steadier quarterback. But in addition to his rifle right arm, Flacco has another trump card to play on those five other quarterbacks. In four seasons, he has won five of his nine playoff starts. Funny, but I will always think that the Ravens have been a QB away from true greatness over the past 3-5 seasons.
