New Orleans Saints linebacker Jonathan Vilma apparently could not care less about the NFL threatening him. Vilma, who NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell suspended next season for his involvement in the Saints' bounty scandal, used Twitter on Wednesday to scoff at a letter he received from the league. "The nfl sent me a letter "demanding" I drop my defamation suit or else...lol or else wat?!?? They no likey me lawsuitey", Vilma tweeted. Uh ... umm ... sure, OK. The "lawsuitey" he's referencing, of course, is his defamation suit filed in May against Goodell, who in response filed a motion last week to dismiss the claims made by Vilma. Vilma's lawyer, Peter Ginsberg, on Wednesday told Pro Football Talk that his client has no intentions of withdrawing his defamation suit. Source: USAToday
Vilma mocking them on twitter is funny to me. Though, I know the suspension and NONE of this will be overturned. I just can't stand Goodell lol.
