The Washington Redskins have signed rookie quarterback and projected starter Robert Griffin III to a four-year, $21.11 million contract that includes a team option for a fifth year. The contract for the second overall pick is fully guaranteed and contains no offset language. Under the terms of the collective bargaining agreement and the rookie slotting system, Griffin is due a signing bonus of $13.79 million.
