Apparently the Seahawks believe veteran receiver Antonio Bryant improved his conditioning enough to justify an opportunity to make the team’s final roster. After working out another veteran receiver in Braylon Edwards on Thursday, the team announced that they signed Bryant to the 90-man roster. He’ll replace receiver Mike Williams on the active roster, another reclamation project the team recently released. Bryant, 31, said he put on cleats and receiving gloves for the first time in two years during Seattle’s mandatory minicamp in June. “I felt like you couldn’t find another human being to come out here from being dormant and do this,†said Bryant, who was released by Cincinnati before training camp started in 2010 because of a balky knee. “They probably would have quit, or their body would have fallen apart. So I feel good about that, and just being able to progress, not pass out and finish all of my practices.†Bryant’s last full season was with Tampa Bay in 2009.
