Saints Add DT Alex Daniels, Waive CB Cord Parks

    The New Orleans Saints signed defensive tackle Alex Daniels and waived cornerback Cord Parks, the team announced Tuesday afternoon. Daniels (6-2, 265) had stints on the Cowboys practice squad in 2010 and Giants practice squad in 2011. Defensive tackle Swanson Miller is nursing a foot injury and wore a boot during Tuesday's practice. So the Saints were light at defensive tackle.
