The Vikings waived/injured fourth-round rookie WR Greg Childs on Monday, two days after he suffered torn patellar tendons in both knees. Childs, who was injured late in Saturday night's scrimmage at Verizon Vikings Training Camp, will be replaced on the roster by undrafted rookie WR A.J. Love. Childs previously had dealt with a patellar tendon tear, during his junior season at Arkansas in 2010. He also suffered a calf strain during the Vikings' rookie minicamp in May.
