The NFL is taking an interesting approach to fans who are kicked out of a stadium during a game. ESPN.com is reporting that the league will require fans to take a four-hour online course before they are allowed to return to the facility. The course was designed by psychotherapist Dr. Ari Novick in tandem with Daniel DeLorenzi, security director for MetLife Stadium, where the New York Giants and New York Jets play. The course isn't free, however as according to ESPN, the costs vary by team, with the New England Patriots charging a league-high $100. Teams have had a similar course in place over the years, but this summer every team in the league decided to go with the online course. "For decades, some fans have believed that when they put on the jersey of their favorite player on their favorite team and they enter a stadium, they can behave any way they want," Novick said, according to ESPN. "This program was designed to say to people, 'We want you to have fun when you come to a game, but you have to understand that your actions can affect people and there are rules to abide by.'"
