According to Danny O'Neill of The Seattle Times, Wilson appears to be the choice to start this week. O'Neill is basing Wilson's nod on "multiple indications" following the team's Monday meetings. ESPN's Adam Schefter reported later Monday that Wilson indeed will be the starter vs. the Chiefs. Starting Wilson in this game would be par for the course for the unconventional way in which Carroll has gone about, and quite possibly butchered, determining the Seahawks' starting quarterback this offseason. By splitting what was a decreased number of reps in the OTAs, minicamp and training camp -- which Jackson opened with the first-team offense -- each quarterback could make the case that he did not receive a sufficient number of snaps to grab hold of the job.

this is definitely one of the more interesting qb battles. a lot of people assumed it was flynn's job but i'm not sure it's a done deal yet.

And people blamed Ireland for Flynn not signing, looks like Flynn isn't all that he was paid.

Flynn had a great game against a horrible defense. So, he got a decent deal. People thought he would be the Seahawks' next QB. But, they drafted Wilson for a reason. Flynn will not be a successful starter in the league long term.
