Steelers right guard David DeCastro, the team's 2012 first-round pick, was carted off the field with a right knee injury in Saturday night's preseason game vs. the Bills, and the team says he's out for the night. But it's feared that he might be gone longer than that. As quarterback Ben Roethlisberger took the shotgun snap, DeCastro was pushed back by Buffalo's Marcell Dareus and fell over his teammate, right tackle Marcus Gilbert. As he lay in the end zone and he was attended to by Pittsburgh trainers, it was clear DeCastro was in immense pain. Along with second-round pick Mike Adams, a left tackle, the two rookies have struggled during training camp. Source: CBS Sports
