Jerry McDonald of the Oalkand Tribune reports the Raiders have addressed their problems in the return game by agreeing to terms with former San Diego Chargers receiver Roscoe Parrish on Monday night. Raiders officials would not confirm nor deny the report. Oakland's return game has struggled throughout the preseason and training camp, in part because of a foot injury suffered by wide receiver Jacoby Ford, who has missed the last 10 days of practice. Ford was out of a protective boot but not practicing Monday. Parrish, signed by San Diego as a free agent after seven seasons with Buffalo, was released by the Chargers in the cut to 75 players.
