Six-time Pro Bowl quarterback Donovan McNabb has joined the NFL Network broadcast team, along with former players LaDainian Tomlinson, Darren Sharper and Shaun O'Hara, the network announced Wednesday. McNabb joins Sterling Sharpe and Brian Baldinger as an analyst on "Playbook," which airs Friday at 8 p.m. ET (NFC edition) and 9 p.m. ET (AFC edition). McNabb spent 11 seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles before a pair of one-year campaigns with the Washington Redskins and Vikings. He is among the most productive passers of his era, throwing for 37,276 yards, 234 touchdowns and 117 interceptions. Source: The Redzone
I'm just glad that his NFL career is officially now over. It was enjoyable to watch him go out like an unwanted chump who no NFL team wanted in any capacity. I hate that guy...
seems to me that he is somewhat well spoken so maybe I will be able to understand somethings coming out of his mouth. And he will have others doing his work for him so he should fit right in.
Why? Because he choked in big games? He did do good there for awhile in Philly. Seems like TO was the worst thing that ever happened to him imo.
He's a cornball who won't bring anything exciting to the show. Even during his "glory years" with the Eagles I couldn't take listening to him in interviews.
i hope that this means he has given up on playing any more. mcnabb is likable enough. this is where he should be now.
