Raiders wide receiver Denarius Moore returned to practice Thursday for the first time in over a month. He was recovering from re-aggravating a hamstring injury he originally suffered in minicamp. He was limited in practice and it is uncertain if he will play on Monday.

Though he is officially listed as limited in practice, he doesn't look limited as he looked to be full speed with full body movement.

"I think it was the best to do that right there to make sure it was 100 percent and get confidence back in my hamstring when I got back out there," said Moore. "That's what we were doing, getting the full confidence back and getting into the swing of things at the same time, knocking two birds with one stone."

For Carson Palmer, it is great to have his number one receiver back on the field.

"[It's] huge," said Palmer of having Moore back healthy. "Just to see him in a helmet in shoulder pads, it's been so long. I know he's worked hard at it. I know it's been a frustrating training camp for him because he's a football player and that's what he wants to be doing. It's good to see him out there getting reps, getting his legs back out there underneath him. He's going to need that. You lose football shape really fast and it's hard to get it back. So it's good to see him getting some work today and hopefully he'll continue to improve as the week goes on."
