The NFL fined Atlanta Falcons defensive end Ray Edwards just less than $8,000 for a late hit Monday night against the Denver Broncos, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. This according to a league source. The league does not intend to fine Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Mike Wallace, despite the fact that he touched an official during Sunday's game.
