New York Jets LB Bart Scott is known for being one of the most aggressive defenders in the league, he’s apparently that way in the locker room, too. Scott nearly came to blows with a reporter in the Jets’ locker room, according to New York Post reporter Bart Hubbuch, who witnessed the incident. Per Hubbuch’s account, the incident started when reporter Dan Leberfeld (who runs the jetsconfidential.com website) took a picture of Scott with his cell phone. Scott told Leberfeld to “get a lifeâ€, and the two began jawing. The linebacker threatened to punch Leberfeld (who fired back he’d be sure to sue Scott) before New York PR representative Bruce Speight separated the two. Source: Sporting News
Scott continues to be one of the bigger loud mouth morons in the league. I used to love him in Baltimore. Seemed like every game they played against Pittsburgh he'd stick a foot in his mouth.
