TNAsylum: Magnus Talks Possible WWE Run
He seems to have changed his mind about TNA and Hogan and every other vet that has been asked who the next big potential superstar has said Magnus. He is 25 years old and he just had a nice match with RVD he was teaming with Joe and now is feuding with Joe they have started giving him more mic time. They are building him up slowly to the main event and I do believe that TNA will push him to the Main Event eventually. Also Magnus has a lot of side projects that demand a lot of his time like he will be announcing some huge body building tournament in Britain in a few months. He also got a lead part in a broadway show. TNA allows him to be able to wrestle and do acting both are passions for him.

WWE can offer more money to wrestlers but there time on the road is like 300 days a year. TNA does not travel as much and they have a much more lax schedule and for some people that is more important then money. Magnus I think will end up in WWE but I doubt they do anything substantial with him.

TNA might be the best option for Magnus then. He still gets TV time and gets time to be involved in other projects. Wonder why the WWE insists on grinding their wrestlers down?

The almighty dollar. They work them for every penny they can and every house show brings in about 200k and after paying the talent you make over 100k of course they are going to work them to death.

Get the money while you can then get rid of them is the concept WWE uses.

Magnus is a WWE wrestler. He has the physique, he has the mic skills, he has the talent in the ring. He's a WWE guy. I think he'll end up in the E at some point.

As for the recreation of the nWo, I don't think the MEM was ANYTHING like the nWo. It was a group of main eventers getting what was theirs and running the show. Aces and Eights is like the nWo almost to a T. Either Matt Morgan or Jeff Jarrett are going to end up being the leaders of it and that's an AWFUL move. TNA should have offered CM Punk a stake in ownership back when his contract was up but until this company stops being a wasteland for WWE drop outs it won't be anything. They need to develop NEW, FRESH storylines and develop talent like the Rock and Austin and the Undertaker.
