The New Orleans Saints re-signed wide receiver Greg Camarillo and released cornerback Elbert Mack, the team announced Wednesday.

The Saints brought back Camarillo after the team released him on Sept. 26. Camarillo was on the active roster for Weeks 2 and 3 against Carolina and Washington, respectively, but never caught a pass in either game.

Mack was released after returning to the Saints on Sept. 19. Mack was inactive on gameday the last two weeks.

it was like the third string qb we had last year and the year before that. Every other week he was getting cut and then resigned the next week.

No idea what they are doing without Loomis and Benson in there, lol. Working out Seneca Wallace. Cutting Camarillo. Signing.Cutting. Signing. WTH? IF we need a third QB, what's wrong with Canfield? lol.

this is one strange season. I think you meant Payton and not Benson. I think they are just throwing crap against the wall and seeing what sticks.

Well, Benson is the owner. lol. and I've long questioned what they are doing without Payton, as far as play calling and such. They had this " Us Against The World " mentality in the preseason. Now, its the World that is winning. They don't look motivated at all.

you see that also? It is like they don't believe in the coach they have right now.
