WWE Chairman of the Board Vince McMahon is pissed ... and you wouldn't like him when he's pissed.

It seems the fallout from the lowest rated episode of Monday Night Raw in 15 years last week is being felt to this day. That's because Brian Gerwirtz, the head writer of Raw for more than a decade, has been removed from his position, according to the Wrestling Observer.

Apparently, McMahon is so pissed that he's been quoted as telling producers "I want results or I want resignations."

Word is Ed Koskey is probably going to be demoted as head writer for Smackdown too. Plus I found this tidbit on LOP:

Recent Incident With WWE Superstar and Vince McMahon Leads to Creative Changes

A number of top talents have reportedly gone to Vince in recent weeks to complain about how the writing is bad and change is needed. At last week's RAW, Vince was in a bad mood after having a back-and-forth with one of the top talents in front of other people.

We have not been able to confirm who the top talent was but they basically told Vince in front of other people that the WWE writing sucks, that Vince is doing whatever he wants and that WWE is going off a cliff without anything being done about it. The talent then told Vince that he needs to listen to everyone else because he doesn't have his finger on WWE's pulse anymore, basically telling Vince that he's out of touch. The talent told Vince that when WWE goes to "hell in a handbasket" then it will be all Vince's fault.

The biggest problem is still there. Until Vince McMahon realises that he the problem the booking will be the same. I mean look at RAW why in the world at two hundred and something years old Vince able to hang with Punk. I mean how am I as a fan meant to care about a guy who get his butt kick by an old man?

Till Vince stops booking his show WWE will stay the same
