Michael Vick is still the Eagles starting quarterback but his status is precarious to say the least. Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer received a text message from Vick which read, "It's great to know that I have the support of my coach," Vick said in a text message. "It's driving me to work harder and remain focused to help this football team win games." An in another Vick text, this time to Sal Paolantonio of ESPN he wrote, "Ready to make a playoff run. One play at a time. One game time." Vick will be playing against the Saints defense Monday night which has struggled. If he can't get it done there, the Eagles may make a change. Source: The Redzone
how about we just work on the basics of football first Mike .............. once you re-learn how to play the game, then we'll start talking about other things.
Hmm, aren't you carrying a football around to "get a feel for the football." yeah...that statement screams that you're ready to make a superbowl run. Why don't you work on limping into the wild card.
I need Vick to win so Andy gets to at least 8-8 or 9-6 so he can remain the head coach. As long as he is the Coach and Vick is the QB, no one needs to worry about the Eagles.
