Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger Injures His Right Shoulder Vs Chiefs

The week of quarterback injuries has continued on "Monday Night Football."

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger went to the locker room in the third quarter after getting sacked by Kansas City Chiefs pass rushers Justin Houston and Tamba Hali. Roethlisberger landed on his right shoulder.

After the play, Roethlisberger conferred with trainers before jogging off the field. ESPN's Lisa Salters reports Roethlisberger is having his shoulder looked at and is questionable to return.

He was taken to a local hospital to have it examined during the game per ESPN.

 

Tomlin said that Ben is still being evaluated and Clark is also being evaluated for a concussion.

I said that on another board...it's a cover up so he could leave the game for his wife and the babies birth...lol. The sling was a nice touch.

 

Tomlin said its a shoulder sprain but they don't know the severity yet.
