Bengals fans in the local area will not get to see the return of Carson Palmer on Sunday when their former quarterback returns to Paul Brown Stadium as a member of the Oakland Raiders. The game failed to sell out, marking the second straight Bengals game that won't be seen in the Cincinnati area due to lack of ticket sales, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer. Palmer retired rather than report to the Bengals last year following the lockout, and club moved on by drafting Andy Dalton and installing him as its starting quarterback. When Jason Campbell was injured last year, the Raiders were desperate for a quarterback and offered the Bengals an attractive package of draft picks for Palmer's rights, getting him to come out of retirement. cincinnati fans better be careful .............. they continue to be out-drawn by craptier teams even though they usually have decent teams and the league is looking to move some teams to L.A., London, Toronto, etc.
There disgust for Carson doesn't compare to how they feel towards Mike Brown Sent from my iPhone4 using Tapatalk And the Cubs and Michigan still Suck
We gave Carson a great welcome Sent from my iPhone4 using Tapatalk And the Cubs and Michigan still Suck
Nothing new under the sun. The Bengals are almost never on TV here because they dont sell out their games and the Browns do. I will never understand why Ohio football fans continue to support the worse of the 2 teams in Ohio. Posted via Mobile Device
It must drive the Bengals crazy that they are the better team and have been for years, yet the Browns always sell out their games whereas the Bengals usually get blacked out.
